In 2013, Georges-Andy, co-founded HaitiPay S.A., an electornic payment company that uses Tagpay's technology to launch its mobile wallet service called LajanCash. HaitiPay is currently building a very large network of partners including utility suppliers, IMFs and remittance companies. It has signed a strategic partnership with BNC, the largest state owned bank in Haiti.

Juan Navarrete - Director of the Inclusive Finance Division, Fundación Capital
As such, he coordinates the foundation's provision of Technical Assistance to 12 countries in LATAM, in the context of Conditional Cash Transfer Programs' efforts to promote the financial inclusion of its recipients through savings accounts. Juan studied economics at Mexico's Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and holds an M.Phil. in Development Studies from the University of Oxford.
